Some weeks ago, I was invited to attend a trip to Milan for the launch of the new Acqua di Parma Colonia Pura, which will be available from September 2017. It was an amazing trip including so many interesting and exciting things!
I would had the opportunity to meet Alain Bossé (as known as The Kilted Chef), the internationally famous chef from Nova Scotia , and taste the incredible 5 course dinner which he along with Frank Widmer, the Executive Chef of Parkhuus, prepared for us!
