Friday Dinner

Hello Guys!

Today it's Friday and I have a very special suggestion for you!Your week couldn't finish better, than with a dinner at a very special place, like the Baltho Kueche & Bar!

Most of the people believe that the weekend is the best part of the week, but I think that there is no better time during the week , like going out for dinner after work on Friday evening! So in order to be ready for my weekend, last Friday I choose to have dinner at Baltho Kueche & Bar. 

It wasn't the first time that I visited  the place, because it is next to my favorite delish Cafe Take- out where I choose have lunch (see my lunch here).I  have also been there for the amazing cocktails  at the Baltho Bar. Everytime after leaving the Bar , I was thinking that I have to visit the restaurant, so last Friday dinner,  it was the best occasion to have a dinner at Baltho Kueche & Bar! 

As a normal Friday evening after work, it started with cocktails at the Bar. There is a big list with particular cocktails, so I choose to have the  "Walk in the woods" (teeling single malt with apple juice, lemonade & Chestnut syrup)  and the signature "Baltho Sour" (Maker's Mark Bourbon,Sanddornmark, Lemonade & Agavensirup).After finishing my first cocktail , it was the time to move to the restaurant for dinner!

First of all, the restaurant is decorated with classy and elegant style and the atmosphere were so cosy and relaxed. So it was exactly what I need, after a such a busy week!

I was totally impressed from what I taste, because every dish was so delicious! I start my dinner with two of the classic starters:

•  Bang -  Bang Chicken : so crispy chicken with spinach , spring onions, peanuts and ginger
• Steak Tatar : creme fraiche , mesclun, brioche

For the main dish, there were Fish and Meat choices, so I decided to taste one of both of them, and I could definitely say that I was very happy for my super tasty choices! So I taste:

• Boeuf Bourguignon: Braised beef cheek, bone marrow, vegetables and mashed potato.
• Miso Skrei: A seasonal dish with Cod fish , banana ginger relish, misomayo, pak choi and noodles.

A perfect dinner like this, could not finish without tasting 2 of the very special desserts of the Baltho Kueche & Bar. The apple pie with ice cream and a very unique Mille Feuille with saffron mousse and vanilla crumble!

Lunch at Delish Cafe Take-Out

As you probably have understood from my daily posts, everyday is a new challenge for me and my day is full of photo shoots,meetings, events etc. ( I am very glad about that!).  Although, even I have a lot of things to do,  I've never forgotten to have a lunch break. So, today I would like to share with you one of my daily "habits" , which is non other than a lunch at one of my favorite spots, the  delish Cafe Take- Out ! 

I recently discovered that place, and from the first time that I visited it , I really loved it!  Even  I go for a quick coffee or breakfast even for a lunch ,I always be very contended! That' s why I decided to share with you my last time there!

As you have already seen on my IG post, I had lunch at delish Cafe some days before! Every time I find it very difficult to choose what I would like to eat, because If I could, I would choose the whole menu, salt and sweet!

I have already tasted the amazing pies and tartes, so this time I choose to taste the signature sandwiches! At delish cafe you can find Salmon or Pullet Pork Sandwiches, so I choose both of them! Ι could not so easily describe the very special taste of them with words! Both of them were made with so fresh ingredients and they were so delicious! I think that only a visit and a taste of your own could easily persuade that they are two of the best in Zurich!

Except, of the sandwiches, I wanted also a plate from the salad bar. There were so many choices (and of course I want them all) so I ask to the chef to choose for me! So he created for me a very fresh and tasty salad with vegetables and hummus! Of course, as I do not like soft drinks,I choose the homemade lemonade to combine for my lunch!

That day, I decided to extend my lunch a bit longer, that I used to, so I could not resist to finish my lunch with my favorite brownies and the classics cinnamon rolls! I also took a cup of cappuccino in order to be ready for my next meeting!

I really like that place, that's why I choose to share my lunch with you! At your next walk at the old city, do not forget to visit the delish Cafe Take -out!Even you sit there or take out,  I am sure that you will be impressed from the place, the dishes and of course from the very polite and helpful service!

A night at a "Smart Room"

There was a lot of my IG friends who wondered about my post from one of the eight recently renovated and transformed into "Smart " rooms of Worldhotels Opera Zurich. So today I decided to share with you my very unprecedented experience.

Before visiting the hotel, I knew only a few things about the new "Smart rooms" (I read only a small description of the room), as I was the first blogger who has the opportunity to visit and stay at one of them! The only thing that I was totally sure was about the really central location of the hotel. It is located next to the famous Opera , close to the old town with all the sights and only 10 minutes walk from the Bahnhofstrasse. 

As you can easily understand from the name of the room, it was a totally "Smart room", as I can manage everything from my smartphone! When I enter into the room, automatic I connected to a separate from the whole hotel  super fast Wifi (which is provided only in the eight rooms). Immediatly , from my smart phone I enter into a page from where I can manage my room! From the light and the windows, to the TV and the room temperature. There were also motion sensors which recognise the moves in order to open/ close the lights!And the lights also changed from day to night!

I was also able to handle all of that from the controller which there was just next to the bed. One other thing that I really liked, was the mirror screen which was in the toilet, from where I can see some important news and infos.

Except from the all Hi-tech amenities which the smart room provides, I really like and the very smart design! I think that it was the smallest room,  I've ever stayed , but with all the conveniences of a bigger room. The "Smart" design of the room, is based on the hidden tables and storage places, which you can not see from the first sight! Everything was so well designed in order to take advanced from every square of the room, with high quality and elegant style!

That  night I also choose to not go somewhere else for dinner, so I choose  the restaurant of the hotel, the Opera Restaurant! I was really impressed from the dinner and I really liked every dish that I eat. My dinner started with roulade of rabbit and dark bread with mini onions on cumin yoghurt and mushroom tartar!After my dinner continues with pursiane cream soup with fried Eden shrimps!One the main dishes was the LUMA beef Siloin with truffle juice and french fries , which was amazing, but the dish that I totally distinguish the signature dish of the restaurant, the “Felchen Cordonbleu”! It was as Swiss whitefish cordon blue with Gruyere cheese and smoked ham! As for the dessert, I choose Dark Lindt Chocolate mouse and Mango Passion Cheese!

Finally, I was totally impressed with my unique and special hi-tech experience at the WorldHotels Opera Zurich!I think that your own visit will persuade you that at this room you are able to manage everything from you and your smartphone!

Longchamp

Hello Guys!

As you can imagine from the title of my post, of course I am referring to my so stylish and elegant new items from my all time  favorite brand of Longchamp!

As most of you see on my previous post (click here), I spend my last weekend on Park Hyatt Zurich, so it was the best opportunity to take them with me!

The brown leather luggage was exactly what I need in order to have all the necessary clothes for a short trip! I really love all of these so special details of the luggage which makes my Longchamp luggage a so stylish and timeless item which I will have it forever on my wordrobe!

Besides my luggage, I also love the blue leather backpack with a touch of brown detail from the SS 2017 collection! Rather than It fits perfectly with the luggage, I am sure that I will wear it with most of my daily outfits! 

Of course, I can not forget to write  you about my new leather blue rectangle wallet. For a long time I was searching  for a new wallet, which could be different from the usual When I saw it, I was sure that these will be my next addiction which I will have it 24/7 with me! The elegant and so unique blue wallet  fits exactly with the backpack creating a very stylish combo for my spring/summer outfits!

I am sure that with a visit at a Longchamp store next to you will find the perfect item which fits with your own needs!

Νέο street style και πιο urban and elegant από ποτέ , παρέα  με τα νέα μου ohw?..! Μια τσάντα πλάτης και ένα ζευγάρι παπούτσια από δέρμα και σουέντ σε απόχρωση της άμμου ήταn και ένας από τους λόγους που τα λάτρεψα ,αυτό γιατί μπορώ να τα εντάξω εύκολα στην καθημερινότητα μου , καθώς και να τα συνδυάσω με πάρα πολλά stylish street styles στις καθημερινές μου εξορμήσεις.

Ο συνδυασμός των στοιχείων μεταξύ του δέρματος και του σουέντ υφάσματος τόσο στο  backpack όσο και στα παπούτσια , είναι αυτό που τα ξεχωρίζει και τα κάνει άκρως μοναδικά.

I am very excited about my new street style!It is the most urban and elegant street style you can imagine, only with my new ohw? items!

Of course I am referring to my new backpack and one pair shoes which I really loved them from the first time that I saw them!The best part of them except of their design,is their colours! The blue with elegant beige details backpack and of course the sand suede pair of shoes are now part of my daily style, because I can fit them with a lot of styles, so I can wear them with different combinations every day!

The elegant combination between leather and suede material, is also one of the reason which makes them so stylish and special!

Brunello Cucinelli

Στο σημερινό μου post αποφάσισα να σας μιλήσω για μια αγαπημένη μου σειρά ρούχων, όπως είναι αυτά του Brunello Cucinelli! Πρόκειται για τα άκρως σικάτα και πάντα διαχρονικά ρούχα του Ιταλού σχεδιαστή,   που χαρακτηρίζονται για τις  minimal και ταυτοχρόνως elegant γραμμές τους!

Για όσους δε γνωρίζουν το brand Brunello Cucinelli, θα πρέπει να ξέρουν ότι ένας από τους λόγους που είναι τόσο ξεχωριστά, είναι για την μοναδική αφθεντικότητα και αξεπέραστη υφή τους στην χρήση εξαιρετικής ποιότητας καμσίρ.

Έτσι λοιπόν και εγώ, στα πλαίσια της φωτογράφισης μου για το ανανεωμένο corner του ξενοδοχείου της Μεγάλης Βρετανίας (στο οποίο και μπορείτε να βρείτε ένα μεγάλο μέρος της συλλογής του Ιταλού brand), επέλεξα κάποια μοναδικά ρούχα τα οποία και θα σας παρουσιάσω. Οι επιλογές που είχα ήταν πολλές και ανάμεσα από μία άκρως στιλάτη συλλογή ,επέλεξα να φορέσω ένα αρκετά  urban και casual jacket και ένα  minimal κασμιρένιο κασκόλ!

Today  I decided to write you about one of my favorite brands,such as Brunello Cucinelli! The clothes of the Italian designer,  are extremely chic and always timeless and characterized by the minimal and elegant lines simultaneously!

For those who do not know the brand Brunello Cucinelli, they should know that one of the reasons it is so special is the unique and unsurpassed  texture use of the best quality kamsir.

Because of my recent photo shoot for the renewed corner of Great Bretagne Hotel (where of course you can find a large part of the collection of the Italian brand), I chose some unique clothes that will show you. I had such a variety of options! Finally, between a highly stylish collection, I chose to wear a fairly urban and casual jacket and a minimal cashmere scarf!

Αυτό που βρήκα λοιπόν είναι ένα hot Christmas ρόφημα και ένα totally outfit από την GAP , δίνοντας στα φετινά μου Χριστούγεννα με αυτό το τρόπο μία ακρως ενδιαφέρον εορταστική διάθεση και απόλαυση

 Δώσε και εσύ την δική σου στυλάτη κίνηση στο καθημερινό σου street style , εγώ το έκανα με το καλήτερο δυνατό τρόπο μαζί με τα νέα μου Lee items ,  η αίθηση και το στύλ ήταν και τα δύο εξίσου μοναδικά.

   Όπως θα δείς στην συνέχεια επέλεξα ένα light blue Denim συνδιασμο τόσο στο top and bottom item του outfit να κάνω ένα πιο casual-urbanity που όπως  θα έχεις καταλάβει μου αρέσει να κάνω συχνά,  πόσο μάλλον όταν το κάνω παρέα με την αγαπημένη μου Lee.

Το φθινόπωρο πλησιάζει και φυσικά δε θα μπορούσε να λείψει απο την χειμερινή μου συλλογή ενα raincoat απο την stutterheim.

 Ένα μπέζ raincoat όπως αυτό που φοράω μπορεί να αποτελέσει το στολίδι σε ένα χειμερινό μουντό outfit , κατα την διάρκεια ενός βροχερού χειμώνα.

  Το χαρακτηρίζω απο τα αγαπημένα μου γιατί χάρη στην υφή του και στην ποιότητα του , μπορώ να το συνδυάσω με ότι θέλω και το αποτέλεσμα να είναι μοναδικό , καθώς και φέτος τα μακρυά παλτό σε παστέλ αποχρώσεις αποτελέσουν μία απο τις τάσεις της μόδας του φετινού χειμώνα.

As the Autumn has already come, it would be impossble for me to not have a Stutterheim raincoat in my collection.

A beige raincoat like the one that I choose  to wear,  may be the best  for an autumn dull outfit,

I could say that is one of my favorites, because of  the texture and  the quality. The most important is that  I can combine it with whatever I want and the result will be perfect! Besides of, long coat in pastel shades, has become one of the fashion trends of this year!

American Eagle

My new #AEO style from American Eagle for my Italians streets styles . . . 

Hello American eagle lovers . .

 Η νέα συλλογή της αγαπημένης μου American Eagle είναι εδώ και είναι έτοιμη να για την λατρέψετε , καθώς στο αντρικό styling αυτό το χειμώνα θα δούμε πολλά print και χρώματα όπως επιβάλει και η μόδα που είδαμε και στα φετινά fashion week.

 Εγω επέλεξα ένα ολοκληρωμένο outfit απο την νέα συλλογή εμπνευσμένος  απο το casual style που διακρίνει το ιταλικό κοινό της μόδας, το οποίο μονο casual δε θα μπορούσες να το αποκαλέσεις και αυτό γιατί είναι πάντα in fashion , in style και πάντα εκθαμβωτικά προσεγμένοι με πολύ απλά σχεδόν αντικείμενα - αξεσουάρ (κτ.λπ).

 Αυτό που με έκανε να επιλέξω τα items που θα δείς στην συνέχεια ήταν αρχικά λόγο των καιρικών συνθηκών που επικρατούσαν στο Μιλάνο και έπειτα προσπάθησα να επιλέξω items με τα οποία θα μπορουσα να κανω ένα έντονο clothing-game, παίζοντας δηλαδή μεταξύ τους και με εναλλακτικούς συνδυασμούς.

 Μερικά απο το προνόμια που θα μπορούσα να πώ για να χαρακτηρίσω το brand είναι και το γεγονός οτί η γκάμα του σου επιτρέπει να κάνεις κατι τέτοιο καθώς δε σε περιορίζει και δε σε δεσμεύει.

Είμαι πολύ χαρούμενος που το νέο μου outfit AEO from American Eagle βρίσκεται ανάμεσα στην πιο urbanity συλλογή μου!

 Τα American eagle stores έχουν μεγαλώσει και στο νέο κατάστημα στην οδό Ερμού μπορείς να βρείς κάθε τι που σε κανει να "νιώθεις όμορφα " , το πάν είναι να νιώθουμε όμορφα με αυτά που φοράμε και όχι με αυτά που ιδανικά θα θέλαμε να φορέσουμε.

  By the way ο προορισμός μου στην Ιταλία εγινε ακόμη πιο όμορφος παρέα με τα νέα μου American Eagle....
