Sony Media trip to Port Lympne Reserve

Hello guys,

I hope you are well, and you are enjoying your week! I am totally back to my daily routine, so today I have time to share with you all the details of my recent trip to Kent, with Sony!

Of course during my trip, I post a lot of IG stories in order to keep you infrormed exactly how were my days in England!I also created a Highlight Story Album in order to have always these stories on my IG!

As you already know I am a big fan of Sony. Last year, I got the Soundbar HT-MT300 from the first days of its realease! (you can see my post here).

Also only 2 weeks before my trip to England I also got the super new Sony Soundbar SF200 , which from the first time that I use it, watching my favorite Netflix series, immedieatly  I adore it!  The soundbar is very stylish and has a great sound quality. The features include S-Force PRO Front-Surround: sound like in the cinema, easy USB and Bluetooth connection and integrated subwoofer! I really like it because of that you can have it all in a design that easily fits into my home and complements my style!

However, the reason of this exclusive trip in form of a Safari to the Port Lympne Reserve in Kent, was the launch of the new Dolby Atmos Soundbar ZF9! It was an amazing trip full of the sounds of the jungle and the animals. Our trip included an action-packed schedule of activities, accommodation and cuisine.Our trip was inspired by the total immersion and exceptional realise of both the Soundbar and the film Jumanji! 

One of the first activities on our program, was the Sound Safari!A "Safari" about the Port Lympne Reserve where we were immersed in the sounds, sights and smells of the Jungle! When the "safari" ended, we were ready for our dinner in a super jungle surrounding!Our day finished of course with the screening of the exciting film Jumanji, with the ultimate sound of Dolby Atmos Soundbar ZF9!

Our trip continued with a presentation about styling of our Living Room, by the Interior Designer Selina Lake . She showed us how to style our living room, incorporating technology!

And then it was time for one of the most unique experiences that I have ever done, a real Safari! A two-hour safari around the whole of the Port Lympne Safari, when we had the opportunity to see all of the animals in their habitats, from giraffes to endangered rhinos!

I feel so blessed that I had the opportunity to be there with Sony and I really can't wait for the next time! Now it's time to go back to my sofa to relax watching Netflix, and enjoy the amazing sound that only Sony could provide us!

#gustosiciliano - The 150th Anniversary of Averna in Sicily!

Even if I am back in Zurich, my mind is still in Sicily and to all these memories that I created last week because of the 150th Anniversary of Averna!

From the first time when I received the invitation I was so sure that it will be an amazing trip! And of course it was!

As you have already seen on my IG, my trip was full of unique and fascinating experiences in Palermo, Italian Capital of Culture 2018, and its countryside. That's why today I chose to share with you all the details about my trip!

First of all, the reason for this trip, was to celebrate the 150th Anniversary of Averna. Averna is the Authentic Italian Amaro. Since 1868, Amaro Averna has represented true Sicilian craft with a story rooted in heritage and tradition. Its recipe transmits the flavors and aromas of the land it comes from and has become a staple in every Italian home, passed down from generation to generation.

In 2018, the Sicilian after-dinner amaro celebrates a new historical milestone: 150 years of conviviality and tradition, set against a backdrop of unsurpassed beauty. On this very special anniversary, they look back on Averna journey, intrinsically linked to that of Sicily!

On these  days in Sicily, we had the opportunity to enjoy an exciting journey  and to discover the tastes, the colors and the excellence of the Averna motherland.

Our trip started in the Sicilian countryside, discovering the roots of Averna immersed in its beautiful territory. A lemon harvest experience and a fresh lemonade was the best start for our trip!

The lemon harvest was followed by a ‘Festa Siciliana’ in a characteristic Sicilian villa, where Piero Fici - the Averna’s Master Blender – introduced us the right way to enjoy our favorite Averna ! Of course on a night 'Fiesta Siciliana' couldn't be without amazing Italian food with homemade past and of course accompanied by lively music!

Our journey continued with 'Carattere Siciliano' , four unique and so Sicilian experiences and encounters throughout Palermo guided by true Sicilians. It was a morning full of tastes, flavors and voices of this stunning land, discovering the ancient and contemporary Sicilian identity.

Our morning started with an authentic Italian breakfast made by one of the most acclaimed and Sicilian chefs in Italy and Europe, Palermo-born Filippo La Mantia! Then we had the opportunity to walk with him around the Ballaro Market, and feel the real Palermo vibes and of course to taste Sicilian steet food!

Our next stop was at one of the oldest and best Botanical Garden in the world, which is in the center of Palermo! Our host there was the Perfume Maker Meo Fuscini . The scents and aromas of the Mediterranean are never far away from Perfume Maker Meo Fuscini’s creations. Growing up in a coastal village in rural Sicily, his love of organic sensations led him to dedicate his life to translating his olfactory memory into poetic fragrances!

After our tour at the garden,  traditional small Sicilian cars waiting for us , for a real tour around the city!

After our lunch, we had the opportunity to enjoy the Italian sun and the pool of our hotel, and tp get some rest before the Anniversary Dinner!

The dresscode of the dinner was elegant attire with a Sicilian Twist.That  phrase can describe exaclty that night in the old cathedral in the heart of Palermo!Everything was so elegant with spots of Sicilian Twists! I think you can easily undestand it when you will see the photos of the set of thi dinner!

Being Sicilian is not just heritage, it’s a way of life. Thank you so much Averna that you gave me the opportunity to feel that way of life, with you in Sicily. I really can't wait to be there again!

Baselworld 2018 - LVMH Watch Division

I hope you are well and you had an amazing spring weekend! Me, as you've already seen on my IG posts and stories , last weekend I was in Basel, one more year for Baselworld 2018!Even if Baselworld is not yet finished, as last day of Baselworld is tomorrow Tuesday, because of some meetings today,  I couldn't stay more . So, today I am here to share with you what I saw in Baselworld 2018!

You know, I am big fun of watches and I really believe that the right watch could complete our outfit. Even if it is a daily outfit, a sporty or of course a formal outfit! I am so into to the watches, and I really like that huge events, where everyone of us has the opportunity to see live some of the latest products of the brands and also to see some not so usual happenings, as the amazing "Match of Friendship" at Hublot press event, and of course the celebration of the TAG Heuer partnership with China Aerospace Industry!

With 85 days before  the first match of the 2018 FIFA World Cup ™, Hublot brought the friends of football and football together! This "Match of Friensip" was between 2  that have never been this before!

Hublot has invited Usain Bolt to his first football match, in line with the "Be First, Be Unique, Be Different philosophy". The international sprint icon , is also an avid football fan and was able to use his talent in the team of José Mourinh!

On the other half of the field: Diegeo Maradona and his team. Referee of the match was Nicola Rizzoli with his Hublot Smart Watch, the Big Bang Referee 2018 FIFA World Cup Russia. There are sporting moments that become part of eternity. Hublot knows how to create such moments like no other!

Nothing was missing: the 4th referee's shield, the official mascot of the FIFA World Cup Russia 2018TM, Zabivaka, and the 2018 FIFA World Cup Russia Big Bang referee, who proved their skills right after their revelation.

On the wrist of international referee Nicola Rizzoli, thanks to Hublot's intelligent technology over the clock, he was able to follow the news of Goal Line Technology, the goal line, live during the match, just like in the 2018 FIFA World Cup Russia 2018TM Case will be.

At the beginning of the game, the two teams traditionally swapped their pennants according to the protocol. In addition to a ritual, this was also a symbol of a peaceful game that was under the sign of friendship. At halftime, a freestyle football presentation proved that you can do anything with a ball on your foot! The show act was by the group "Freestyle Football", consisting of 5 Polish freestylers with an impressive track record. The performance was part of their show, with which they were already on world tour.

In the end, Cuban hip-hop group Orishas fueled the crowd once again, before the Friend of the Brand, DJ Teddy-O, took over the turntables and made the entire evening all the more exuberant.Once again, Hublot proved to be a champion of football!

On the other hand, TAG Heuer on their press conference on Saturday,there was the celebration of the TAG Heuer partnership with China Aerospace Industry with a rover on the booth!

Together with China's Lunar Exploration Program (CLEP), TAG Heuer, the avant-garde Swiss watchmaker and Strategic Partner and Official Timekeeper of CLEP, held a science fair focused on aerospace during the Baselworld 2018 Show, presenting the magnificent achievements of the China’s aerospace industry to the whole world.

A lion dance show with strong traditional Chinese style wowed visitors to the science fair, where Jade Rabbit, China's first lunar rover, and Long March 5, China's large cryogenic liquid launch vehicle, were on display, attracting a lot of attention from the media and the public. Meanwhile, TAG Heuer unveiled two special edition watches specially designed to pay tribute to the China’s Lunar Exploration program. Jean-Claude Biver, President of the LVMH Watch Division and Chief Executive Officer of TAG Heuer, Andrew Wu, LVMH Group Greater China President, Mr. XuXingli, General Manager at Chang'E Aerospace Technology (Beijing) LLC, and Ms. Zuo Wei, Researcher at the National Astronomical Observatories Of China (NAOC) of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) and Deputy Chief Designer of CLEP Ground Application System, were all in attendance at the event!

On Staurday also, there was the  unveiling of the two special edition watches proved to be another testimony to the close partnership between TAG Heuer and China's Lunar Exploration Program.

Having drawn inspiration from the dark side of the moon, the TAG Heuer Carrera Heuer 01 CLEP Special Edition is limited to 100 pieces. Everything from the strap, to the dial, the chronographs and the bezel is black, with touches of luminescent points. Its 43mm diameter black PVD steel case features an in-house TAG Heuer movement, the Heuer 01. Setting the dark grey sandblasted dial off are gold plated black indexes, minute and hour hands that are coated with superluminova® luminescent materials to improve visibility. The case-back is engraved with the words "Official CLEP Watch" and a limited serial number. This exquisite timepiece boasts a unique charm that invites its wearers to feel like they are travelling through space exploring the infinite galaxy.

The second watch is a sporty Aquaracer with Calibre 5 Automatic, designed to conquer space. It is a technical watch that features the signature codes of the Aquaracer collection. It has a 43mm diameter case and ceramic black unidirectional turning bezel that is water resistant to a depth of 300 meters. To recall the partnership with the CLEP, the black opalin dial has a beautiful Moon design at 09H and the steel screw-down case back is engraved again with the Moon design and "Official CLEP Watch."

China has been working wonders in space exploration, and TAG Heuer looks forward to joining that effort. The science fair marks an important chapter in TAG Heuer's long story with space exploration, while also interpreting the brand spirit of TAG Heuer #DontCrackUnderPressure.

I was show excited that I had the opportunity to attend these events, and I really can't wait for Baselworld 2019

25hours Hotel Zurich

I hope you are well and you are enjoying your weekend! Today it is Sunday, and I am here, enjoying my coffee in my couch and ready to share with you the 25 hours that I spent at 25hours Hotel Zurich.

As you´ve already seen on my IG,some Sundays ago, I visited and stayed at one of the two 25hours hotel that are  in Zurich, the 25hours Hotel in Langstrasse, and I was super excited about that.It's only a year that it opened ,and I was so happy that I finally visited it!

As most of you know, 25hours hotel are famous for their own specific urban style and youth character,which make them some of the best city hotel worldwide.It was the second time that I visited a 25hours hotel,as last year I visited 25hours Hotel in Berlin which is also amazing!

From the first minute when I arrived,I was so impressed by the hotel design and the unique decoration. Around the place,there was a lot of different but so well matched detail,which gave to the place a stylish but also very cost character.

Based on the same style,was also the room where I stayed with an amazing view of the city.Of course I couldn't resist and take a hot shower enjoying the amazing view! And then spend some time at hotel Sauna with the amazing panorama view! The panorama extends all the way to Zürichberg and Käferberg. 

Even if I was exactly in the heart of Zurich,as around the neighborhood there were a plenty of restaurants , I chose to have dinner at Nenis restaurant, which is one of the hot spots in Zurich, and of course I chose their famous Balagan! It was the first time that I had dinner like that,as Balagan is  based on the preferences of the chef.He chooses a plenty of plates, and you've just have to enjoy them!

Before going to bed of course I had a enjoy one of their amazing cocktails at Chinchona bar ,at the hotel.

After an amazing sleep at a super relaxed bed, I was ready for my week!

I really like my stay at 25hours hotels Langstrasse, and I really can't wait for my next trip to a city where there is a 25hours hotel!

Favorite winter outfit

It's Thursday today, and it's only 2 days since I returned back to Zurich and to my routine! I hope you had great time on your christmas vacation, and now you are ready for the new year!As you've already seen ,I was in Greece for all the Christmas period, in order to see my family and to relax and charge my batteries for the next exciting months!

Today I want to share with you one of my best winter outfits,which I am really in love for that season!

Some weekends ago, I visited again the Fashion Fish in order to find some outfits for this season!It was not so easy to choose my favorite, because there was a big variety of brands and outfits which will perfectly fit with my winter mood!

After 3 hours around the 2 buildings of Fashion Fish, I finally choose an outfit from Hugo Boss combine it with shoes and bag from Bally!

As you already know, I am a big fan of black, especially in Winter!That's why I choose a pair of black trousers , a black Shirt, and a Black Pullover! However, I choose a pair of black Bally classic sneakers, with the classic Bally color trademark, which gives just a touch of color in my Outfit!

My Look couldn't be the same, without this Bally black  bag, which already is a must for my everyday Outfits!

I was so impressed by my day at Fashion Fish and can't wait to visit it again!I am sure that you can find everything you want from your favorite brands!

My bespoke Masel weekend bag

A new week has already started, and I hope you had an amazing weekend!As you've already seen on my IG I spend my weekend out of my home, and It was the best opportunity to carry my new bespoke Masel weekend bag!

Last Thursday, I received my bag directly from Milan, and I was super happy that I could use it immediately at the weekend!

Jack Daniel's tent at Open Air Gampel

Hello Guys,

A new week is already here, and my mind is still at the amazing weekend that I had, attending Open Air Gampel, one of the most famous festivals in Switzerland

As all of you saw in my many stories (I couldn't stop to upload!), It was an amazing weekend, with great artists but the best part was that I could enjoy the festival, into the huge tent of Jack Daniel's, drinking my favorites Jack Daniel's cocktails! The super expert Jack Daniel's bartenders were ready to create for everyone, all of our favorite Jack Daniel's cocktail! 

For this weekend I choose to enjoy :

•  my favorite Lynchburg Lemonade - so classic and fresh!
•  Jack Daniel's Gentleman Jack Whiskey - with the so special taste!
• for first time Jack Daniel's Old No7 Whiskey with Ginger Ale - I love it!

(but you don't have to be an expert to make  your favorite cocktail- see my favorite summer cocktails here)

You know that Jack Daniel's lives everywhere, so he is also a part of the biggest festivals in Switzerland. In Gampel, Jack Daniel's tent was exactly in the middle of the area, where you could have a great view of the main stage!

Jack Daniel's tent was full of people who enjoyed their favorite drink while they were listening to their favorites artists. I could not describe that feeling in the tent, when all of the people were a huge company, even they didn't know each other before, and just partying together! 

That was exactly the feeling that you could have, wherever you are and you will see a Jack Daniel's Tent. But always don't forget in order to party - drink responsibly!

Sebago SS 17 - The Spanish Elegance

Every morning addiction

I hope you had an amazing long-weekend and enjoyed the Sechseläuten! After 3 days of relaxation, I hope that you are full of energy and ready to face the new week's adventures!Even if you don't feel like that, don't worry, I am here for you, because today I chose to share with you one of my "secrets" for a successful day!

Most of my friends asked me how I look so cheerful every morning, and the answer is so simple....The art of succeeding the day is to start it better! Long, intense or sweet, a good coffee is the key!

As most of you already seen on my IG stories, some days ago I received my new coffee machine ! I am a big fan of NESCAFÉ Dolce Gusto , so I was super happy when I received the new Eclipse coffee machine and the 3 new selection of morning coffees.I can definitely say that I am a really coffee addict, and I can not imagine my breakfast without a cup of good coffee, so this was a so special coffee experience!

First of all, I would like to write you about this so stylish coffee machine! As previous models of Dolce Gusto coffee machines, the new Eclipse can describe as a piece of art. You can easily understand from my photos, that it doesn't look like an ordinary coffee machine, but it looks like a decoration and can easily be placed in any kind of space  (from your kitchen to your office!).

A stylish coffee machine like this should be combined only with good selections of coffee like the  Catuai do Brasil (new limited edition espresso), the Preludio (new long coffee) and of course the Incarom Latte . So, tasting these 3 new selections, was a really unique experience, and that's why I choose it to share them with you!

The coffee creators  NESCAFÉ Dolce Gusto , invite you to taste Catuai do Brasil. A unique variety of Arabica created in Brazil wich means « very good » in native South American language. I really enjoyed the unique sweet floral signature and delicate notes of honey and violet of this espresso.

On the other hand, if you prefer a long coffee, Preludio will be your favorite choice! A rich blend of South American Arabica beans and Southeast Asian Robusta beans. The Robusta beans bring body without harshness and are ideal at maintaining coffee flavor through a long extraction as well as delivering the sweet cereal base of Preludio. The South American Arabica beans are lightly roasted to bring subtle fruity notes and this completes the aromatic richness of Preludio’s aroma & flavor.

As I love latte coffee, I can definitely say that Incarom Latte is one the best latte that you can have. I really like all of the 3 new coffee selections, and of course  now they are a part of my breakfast! I can not choose which is my favorite because every coffee is unique and special! Today It is Saturday and my day was amazing, as a spend my morning, doing a  photoshoot for this post with my favorite Scotch & Soda outfit!

I chose a comfortable and classic outfit from Scotch and Soda, which will be the perfect outfit for my casual Saturday walk. I could describe the whole outfit extremely urbanity and very chic.

The spring is already here,and this Tuesday afternoon, I would like to write you about my favorite perfumes of the week. As you have already seen on my IG, two weeks ago I received 3 new perfumes. Because of my latest trip to Berlin and Basel,  I did not have the time to show them also on the blog! So now I think it's the perfect  time because these are my favorite perfumes of the week!

Today it's Sunday, and I would like to write you about my new Acqua di Parma perfume! As most of you have already seen on my IG posts, some days ago I received a box from Acqua di Parma.I am a big fun of the brand, (you can see my previous post here)  so every time that I receive a box from Acqua di parma , I am totally sure that I would be excited!

This time, I received the new Acqua di parma "MIRRA", and from the first time that I wore it, I loved it!

An original, elegant fragrance created using an unusual accord of two olfactory themes with an intense personality: the citrus notes of colonia blended with the warm, aromatic accents of myrrh, a precious ingredient with a heady suggestion of mystical charm. Fresh top notes give way to a unique heart, where delicate orange blossom scents and spicy nutmeg accents blend with warm hints of myrrh oil. An enfolding veil of patchouli base notes mixes with the scent of myrrh resin, which reveals its balsamic, amber accents, unveiling the truly sophisticated personality of this new eau de cologne concentrée.
