HUBLOT night with Carlito Fuente

I know it’ s been almost a month since my last post on the blog, but of course I try to post as much I can on my IG. As you’ve already seen, I am on vacations, in order to be ready and full of energy for everything that is coming the next months!
We are in the middle of the summer, and today I wanted to share with you one of my latest experiences with HUBLOT and Arturo Fuente cigars in Zurich. You have already seen many times on my media all these so exclusive and unique experiences that I had the opportunity to live with Hublot. (See one of my favorite here )
So one more time, I couldn’t resist to share this experience with you , especially because at this night I had the opportunity to meet and talk to Mr Carlito Fuente, CEO of Arturo Fuente cigars.
Mr Carlito Fuente is a 3rd generation cigar maker, and President of the Fuente companies. The company began in 1912, when his grandfather began rolling cigars in the family’s kitchen and selling them at the back door. Today, 100 years later, the Fuente companies are a multinational group of companies that manufacture and distribute some 30 million cigars per year.
Mr Carlito Fuente, together with his father, played a pivotal role in transforming the Fuente companies. He expanded A. Fuente & Company from one small company in Ybor City, Florida into one of the world’s most famous premium hand-rolled cigar manufacturers, with operations around the globe.
During the centenary of Arturo Fuente cigars in 2012, the Fuente Cigars and Hublot decided to become partners, brought together by their shared desire in their own field, to stretch the demonstration of excellence. This union has already produced several watch collections and different charitable initiatives to help the Dominican population through the Fuente Family Foundation.
During this so exclusive night in Zurich, I had the opportunity to enjoy Arturo Fuente cigars and to see the Hublot Fuente Limited Edition watch, and of course to talk with Mr Carlito Fuente.
Through of his talk, I could easily understand his love about his family tradition, the great cigars! One of his first words was that sometimes he was wondering if he was dreaming, and he feel so grateful to be in this wonderful world of cigars, people and of life!
He is the best representative of Fuente cigars, full of energy and passion, ready to explain this over 100 year tradition.
As Mr Fuente mentioned on his talk, this family tradition continues to the next generation, and that night was the first time that his son was along with him.
He also mention that there is something common about Hublot and about Fuente Cigars, and how grateful and honor he feels about this collaboration, and of course about all the results that already done though these 7 years from their first watch.
Of course as Mr Fuente said that this night as a Hublot Fuente night, has to be fun, and he gave the sign for our night to begin!
It was a great honor to meet and talk to Mr Carlito Fuente. Thank you so much Hublot for this unfogetable night, and I really can’t wait for the next one!
